The Average Cost For A Wedding in 2009 Drops By 10.2%
According to a recent survey compiled by The Wedding Report, couples are spending 10% less for their weddings in 2009, compared to 2008.It was definitely the year of the "budget bride". Guest lists were slashed, favors were nixed, reception menus were slimmed down and DIY wedding projects were all the rage. The effect?
