Bridal Bouquet Spending Down. Is DIY to blame?

The latest wedding industry statistics issued by The Wedding Report shows brides are spending less for bridal bouquets compared to this time last year. The average cost spent fell to $136 compare to $154 in 2008. With the wedding Do-it-yourself sector growing at a phenomenal rate, it may be that bride's are finding more inspiration to roll up their sleeves and create their own bridal bouquets
